I was pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel in a beautiful area quite close to San Marco. The rooms were completely refurbished with a nice bathroom and all the amenities needed. The room I stayed in was actually a one-bedroom flat which had very recently been renovated, with stunning open beams. The breakfast provided was fresh and plentiful, a great way to start the day.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

Located just a short walk from the main attractions of the city, including St Marks Square, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Venice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing helpful advice and recommendations. The hotel is conveniently situated away from the busy train station or Troncetto areas, making it easily accessible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with decent furnishings and bathrooms. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including pastries, bread, cold cuts, and beverages.
One negative aspect mentioned by a reviewer was the small size of the shower in the bathroom.

Helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Good location, 10 min from main square. Near Arsenal's station. Manager helped us find the small side street hotel. Polite staff recommended restaurants. Clean room and fresh towels. Comfortable beds.

The room was spacious, well airconditioned, and the bathroom was among the best we had ever. Mustafa and Moreno gave us a warm welcome every night. The hotel is conveniently located between the Arsenale and the Giardini, perfect for exploring the Biennial. There are various good restaurants in the area and it is close to a vaporetto stop.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was perfect for art enthusiasts like me, as it was right between Giardini and Arsenale. I enjoyed exploring the quiet and uncrowded area, and it was also close to great bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. The breakfast provided exceeded Italian standards, with a variety of options. The hotel staff, especially Mustafa, were extremely friendly and helpful, adding a touch of humor to our stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel tucked away in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Venice. The location was ideal - off the beaten path, away from the typical tourist areas, but still conveniently central. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise, as my room turned out to be a beautifully renovated one-bedroom flat in classic Venetian style. The attention to detail was evident, with twin beds and a nice bathroom that had clearly been recently updated. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service and a delicious breakfast.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was simply perfect - nothing to complain about!

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main attractions. It was also easy to access the waterbus, which was convenient for exploring the city. the decor of the rooms was fairly nice and the bathrooms were okay.
There were several negative aspects to our stay. the hotel did not provide the single beds that we had requested, and they refused to help with extra bedding.
